The CRM is provided on an annual rental basis for ₹10,000, covering the period from 1st February 2025 to 31st January 2026.
Payment must be made in advance before the start of the rental period.
A late payment fine of 10% will be applied for delays.
No refunds will be issued after the agreement date (1st February 2025).
The agreement is for a single-user plan only. Sharing access or data with others is strictly prohibited.
Non-payment or misuse of the CRM will result in immediate termination of the agreement and deletion of all data and services.
All data entered into the CRM is owned by the gym. The CRM processes this data solely for gym analysis and management.
Support is provided via email, chat, or Anydesk. If the issue persists, an on-site visit may be arranged only for fixing bugs.
To request support, users must first contact the official support email.
The service provider is not responsible for any data loss, misuse, or downtime caused by unauthorized access or improper use of the CRM.
Users must comply with all applicable laws while using the CRM. Any violation may result in service suspension or termination.
To avoid service interruption or data loss, the renewal fee must be paid on or before 31st January 2026 .
